The list includes New Caledonia's David Esposito and the Philippines' Hector Yuzon and Raffy Zamora and they will be joining fellow newcomers Dan Hugo and Bradley Weiss, who are pros from South Africa and Scotland pro Rory Downie.

Please be aware due to the lack of interest, we will not hold the XTERRA UNIVERSITY in conjunction with this years event.  To date there was no interest, and last year I believe we only had three participants.

Homestays, bikes needed for XTERRA, Tagaman Print E-mail

The 2013 XTERRA Saipan Championship will be held on March 9, while the 2013 Tagaman Triathlon is set for March 16 and with some off-island athletes confirmed to join both competitions, having hosts for their two-week stay on Saipan will be very much appreciated.

Amy Sletten heads to the finish line of last Saturday's 6th Annual Marianas Coffee Trail Run at the American Memorial Park. (Roselyn B. Monroyo)Three first-timers had winning debuts in last Saturday's 6th Annual Marianas Coffee Trail Run.

Nicholas Martindale led the list of new winners, topping the 15-kilometer race, while Soledad Tenorio ruled the women's division, and Amy Sletten prevailed in the 10K event. Paul Viator completed the winners' circle, as he recorded his first 10K win after doing the Coffee Trail's long course a few years ago.
